FINE WINES FROM VINOCE : Vinoce releases three wines annually, Proprietary Red blend, Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc

Proprietary Red 2005 (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot) :
Vinoce is dedicated to producing an outstanding wine that reflects the vineyards’ distinctive Mt. Veeder Appellation. Our 2005 Vinoce Mt. Veeder  is crafted from carefully selected blocks of grapes to yield and intense, deeply colored wine with concentrated aromas and flavors. The wine is characterized by rich fruit flavors, a fine silky texture, and ripe approachable tannins structured for aging.

Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2004 : In exceptional years Vinoce will release Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve.

This wine expresses the lush concentrated fruit character that is typical of the Cabernet Sauvignon grown on the steep slopes of the Mt Veeder appellation. Intense flavors of blackberry, black cherry and plum are enriched with notes of chocolate, spice and cinnamon. Beautifully refined tannins add texture and depth.

Sauvignon Blanc 2007 : A beautiful combination of fruit, elegance and rich textures makes this a delightful drinking Sauvignon Blanc. This wine shows bright clean notes of grapefruit, herbs, orange peel which comes together into a medium bodied food friendly wine.

Our Sauvignon Blanc is a perfect expression of the Pope Valley vineyards where we source our grapes. A warm summer was perfect for ripening our grapes slowly giving us the flavors and aromas which make our Sauvignon Blanc so distinct.
